This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated
31.3.2013, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rourkela, relieving the petitio
ner from his duty as a driver w.e.f. 31.3.2013.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the peti
tioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the learned District
Judge, Sundargarh, by filing a detailed representation, ventilating his grievances.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of as wit
hdrawn.
In the event the petitioner files a representation within two
weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of on merit and in accordance with law.
