 Petitioner in this writ petition seeking for a direction to the opposite parti
es to release the arrear dues of the petitioner as per letter dated 31.3.2012 vide Annexure-1.
 It is contended by the petitioner that Bolangir Anchalika Gramya Bank was esta
blished under Regional Rural Banks act 1976 and at present the said bank has been renamed as U
tkal Grameen Bank. Petitioner joined in the aforesaid bank as a Field Assistant on 22.8.1979 a
t Sasen Branch of Sambalpur district. Thereafter he was promoted to the post of Branch Manager
 and posted at different branches. During the service period there are several arrear dues whi
ch petitioner is entitled to get, the same is pending before the opposite parties in spite of
several representations made by the petitioner on 31.12.2009, 15.11.2014 and on 15.1.2015. Aft
er filing of the writ petition petitioner was retired from service on 29.2.2016.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per information received by
 the petitioner his arrear dues were already calculated vide Regional Office Letter No. RM(I)/
ADM/PER/2888 dated 31.3.2012 and his total arrear due is Rs.4,10,231.52 paisa which was not di
sputed as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

 Considering the above this Court disposes of the writ petition with a directio
n to opposite party Nos. 1 to 3 to disburse the aforesaid undisputed dues in favour of petitio
ner within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of the ord
er.
