The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the demand raised by the authority
against him.
On perusal of the records, it appears that the petitioner has claimed relief against the
private company and as such the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court.
In course of hearing, Mr. D. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdr
aw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to
the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum ventilating his grievances.
