 Petitioners in this writ petition seeking for a direction to opposite party No
.1-Collector, Sundargarh to enquire about the allegation made by the petitioners against oppos
ite party No.5-C.D.P.O., Lephripada and consider the representations vide Annexure-6 series wi
thin a stipulated time.

 It is contended by the petitioners that they are social workers. Petitioners a
s well as many members of Self Help Groups have filed their representations before opposite pa
rty No1 vide Annexure-6 series by making allegation against opposite party No.5 for misappropr
iation of money and the same are still pending.

 Considering the above and without going into the merit of the case this Court
disposes of the writ petition with a direction to opposite party No.1-Collector, Sundargarh to
 consider the representation of the petitioners after giving opportunity of hearing to the par
ties and take step after due enquiry. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of
 eight weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of the order.
