The petitioner in this writ application challenges the inaction of opposite pa
rties 1 and 2 in not handing over the charge of the religious institution, i.e. Kanakadurga Th
akurani Temple, Piteipur in the district of Jagatsinghpur to the petitioner Managing Trustee.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that pursuant to the direct
ion of this Court dated 19.05.2016, the charge has already been handed over to the petitioner
Managing Trustee on 10.06.2016.
In view of the above, the writ application has become infructuous and disposed
of as such.
