 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advoca
te and learned counsel for the Commissioner of Endowments.
 The petitioner in this writ application challenges the action of the opposite
parties in not considering his representation dated 20.04.2016 nor inviting public tender for
leasing out Mahulkholi Cashew Orchard of Lord Chandrasekhar Bije situated under Khata No.68, P
lot Nos.1074, 1093, 1097 under Mahulkholi Mouza of Gondia Tahasil.
 Reiterating the said grievance, the petitioner has already filed a representat
ion to the Collector-Cum-Chairman Debottar, Dhankanal-O.P.3 on 20.04.2016, which is pending be
fore him.

 Considering the above, since the collection season of this year has already be
en over, we direct the Collector-Cum-Chairman Debottar, Dhankanal-O.P.3 to take a decision on
the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production
 of the certified copy of this order and see that the interest of the deity will be protected
and deity will get money from the Cashew Orchard each year by putting the property to public a
uction.
