This writ petition has been filed challenging the decision of the Jatn
i Municipal Council dated 07.12.2015, under which the petitioner has been denied salary of the
period from 04.1.2011 to 21.4.2013, due to his unauthorized absence from duties.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for
withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the Jatni Municipal Council for redr
essal of his grievance.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
