ounsel for the State.

 This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to t
he opposite party nos.1 and 2 to make payment of arrear D.A. for the period from January, 1996
 to February, 1998, October, 2002 to May, 2003, April, 2006 to March, 2008 and 5% arrear D.A.
from July, 2009 to February, 2010 and arrear salary from March, 1998 to April, 1998, January,
2002 to February, 2002 and May, 1999 and I.R. from September, 1997 to July, 1998.
 It is stated that a representation in this regard has been sub
mitted to the Director, Higher Education, Orissa, Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.2, dated 16.11
.2015, as per Annexure-3 to the writ petition, which according to the petitioner is pending co
nsideration. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to direct the said opposite party no.2 to con
sider and dispose of petitioners representation expeditiously.

 Considering the limited nature of grievances and without going
 into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Director, Higher
 Education, Orissa, Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.2, to dispose of the representation of the p
etitioner dated 16.11.2015 (Annexure-3), if the same is still pending, as expeditiously as pos
sible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy o
f this order.

 Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
 Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
