02. 05.05.2016 At the outset, Mr. S.K. Jethy, learned counsel for the petitio
ner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to
file a fresh petition with better particulars. He also states that a memo with the same prayer
along with an affidavit by the petitioner has also been filed in the office.
Prayer is granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
