18.3.2016 This writ petition has been filed for the sole reason that to conclude the selection p
rocess which was initiated for engagement of Anganwadi Helper for Saida-III Anganwadi centre i
n pursuance of the advertisement No.484 dated 16.09.2015.
Considering this limited prayer and without going into the merit of claim of the petit
ioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the opposite party no.4-the C.D.P.O., Barkot
e, Dist-Deogarh to conclude the selection process within four weeks from the date of receipt o
f certified copy of this order.
Needless to say that concerned opposite party will engage the candidate strictly in ac
cordance with the guideline.
