02. 18.3.2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Amit Patt
naik, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

 The petitioner being aggrieved with the order of termination dtd.24.2.2016 has
 already filed representation before the authority concerned but according to the petitioner t
he same has not been adjudicated as yet and finding no option she has filed this writ petition
 apprehending the fact that in the meanwhile the authority will appoint any other candidate.
 Be that as it may. Since the petitioner has already challenged the order of te
rmination by way of representation filed on 26.2.2016, it would be proper to direct the author
ity to take decision in accordance with law on the pending representation dtd.26.2.2016 after
hearing all the affected parties within reasonable period, preferably within three weeks from
the date of receipt of copy of this order.

 Accordingly, the writ petition stand disposed of.
