The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the order dated 27.12.2015 p
assed by opposite party no.1 and to dispose of his representation under Annexure-6 pursuant t
o the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.5575 of 2015 within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite p
arty no.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-6 and pass appropria
te order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party nos.1 shall be filed with
in a week.
Issue urgent copy as per Rules subject to filing of requisites.
