 Heard Mr.K.P.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
 The writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.02.2016 passed by the Ce
ntral Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.260/00102 of 2016, declining
to entertain the prayer of the applicant-petitioner for interim protection.
 During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of
 the writ petition with liberty to move the learned Tribunal for expeditious disposal of O.A.N
o. 260/00102 of 2016.
