This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.4.201
4, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, in O.A. No.3
40 of 2011, dismissing the original application of the petitioners on the ground of non-joinde
r of necessary party to the proceeding.
On a perusal of the impugned order, it is seen that learned Tribunal h
as come to find that the persons, who are likely to be affected, have not been made parties to
the proceeding and therefore no effective relief can be granted to the petitioners.
In view of the above, we do not find any infirmity in the impugned ord
er so as to warrant any interference.
Writ petition being devoid of merit, the same is accordingly dismissed
