the writ petition within a stipulated time.
In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the
case, directs the opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the application dated 2.1.20
16 made under Annexure-5 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably with
in a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order which t
he learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to do within a period of ten days from today.
