ioner and Mr.Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate.
The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the opposite parties for
production of his minor daughter.
Upon instruction, Mr.Pradhan produces a copy of the instruction dated
20.7.2015 before this Court from which it appears that during investigation, the Investigating
Officer conducted raid to trace the victim girl and the accused. At the later stage, the info
rmant-petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation as there was amicable settlement be
tween them. The complainant allowed his daughter and opposite party no.4, the accused to stay
in his house where his daughter gave birth a female child. Now the accused and the victim girl
are leading a marital life and they are regularly visiting the house of the informant, the pr
esent petitioner. The statement of the girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded b
y the learned J.M.S.C., Cuttack on 17.7.2015.
Mr.Bhokta, learned counsel for the petitioner also admits the above fa
ct.
In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in the present wri
t petition filed in the nature of habeas corpus which is disposed of accordingly.
