This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.2.2016, passed by the
Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, in O.A.No.592(C) of 2016, rejecting t
he prayer of the petitioner for extending the cut off date, as prescribed in the advertisement
issued for the post of contract teacher in Hindi.
Considering the submissions made, we do not find any infirmity in the impugned order s
o as to warrant any interference.
The writ petition being devoid of merit, the same is accordingly dismissed.
