4. 18.3.2016 Heard Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the petiti
oners and Mr.Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate.
The petitioners have prayed for a direction to the opposite party-corp
oration to extend the benefits of rehabilitation as made in its proposal under Annexure-2 with
in a stipulated period.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits
that the petitioners may be given liberty to file a representation ventilating their grievance
s before the Managing Director, Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited, opposite party no
.4 and prays that a direction may be given to opposite party no.4 to dispose of the same.
In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the
case, directs the opposite party no.4 that in the event the petitioners file a representation
ventilating their grievances along with a certified copy of this order within a period of two
weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within
a period of four months thereafter after giving notice to the opposite party no.3.
The writ petition is disposed of.
