4. 16.3.2016 Heard Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the petiti
oner and Mr.Katkia, learned Additional Government Advocate.

 The petitioner, a scheduled tribe person has prayed for a direction to
 the Tahasildar, Hemgiri, opposite party no.4 to accept his objection to notification under An
nexure-3 in respect of his claim for compensation of the land settled under Annexure-1. He has
 prayed for a further direction to the opposite parties to calculate and disburse the compensa
tion in terms of the provision contained under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency
 in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act, 2013.

 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.4 is not
 accepting the objection of the petitioner on the ground that the same is barred by time. He f
urther submits that Annexure-3 contains no date.

 Mr.Katkia vehemently opposes on the ground that the petitioner has not
 filed the objection in time.

 In view of the above and after perusal of Annexure-3 which contains no
 date, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the oppos
ite party no.4 to accept the objection of the petitioner within a period of two weeks hence an
d to dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within a period of
 two months from the date of production of the objection. The petitioner is directed to file a
 certified copy of this order along with his objection.

 The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

 Issue urgent certified copy on proper application.

 A free copy of this order be supplied to Mr.Katkia, learned Additional
 Government Advocate for communication and compliance.
