Heard Mr.G.C. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of O.A. No. 199(C) of
2011 pending before Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of
the writ petition with liberty to move the learned Tribunal for expeditious disposal of O.A.N
