7.12.2016 Heard Sri P.Acharya, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners. Considering the limited request involved in the matter and as the petitioners have a representation pending before the competent authority under Anenxure-4 on the selfsame groun d, this Court finds, a decision is required to be taken by the competent authority.Under the circumstance, this matter stands disposed of with permission to the petit ioners to make a fresh representation in the matter of creation of new Grama Panchayat, namely , Nilakanthapur to the Secretary to Government in Panchayati Raj Department within a period of two weeks from today and in the event, any such representation is filed, the same shall be co nsidered within one month thereafter.Issue urgent certified copy.
