Considering the reasons made in the application and as this Court finds the pet
itioner had impediment in taking steps in terms of the direction dated 14.12.2016 within the
time given therein, this Court allows three weeks further time from today for working out t
he direction contained in order dated 14.12.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.20805 of 2016. Rest part
of the order shall remain unaltered.
Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
