Impugned revisional order in this writ application appears also to be involving the
impugned order vide Annexure-4 in O.J.C. No.14571/96. On 16.9.2016 by a separate judgment, th
e impugned order at Annexure-4 was set aside with an order of remand. For the reasons assigned
therein, the judgment and the directions in O.J.C. No.14571/96 also apply to the present case
.
In view of the reasons assigned in the judgment passed in O.J.C. No.14571/96, the i
mpugned revisional order involving O.L.R. Revision Case No.74/1994 is set aside and the Revisi
on involved herein is now remanded for re-hearing and disposal in terms of the directi
on contained in O.J.C. No.14571/96.
The writ application succeeds.
