Ratho, learned Additional Govt. Advocate for the State.

 The petitioner who is working as lecturer in Hisotry (3rd post) in Kishore Na
gar College, Kishore Nagar in the district of Cuttack has filed this application seeking for a
 direction to opp. party nos. 1 and 2 to approve his appointment in terms of the judgment of t
his Court in case of Bilkesh Parveen vs. State of Orissa and others; 2007 (I) OLR 133 affirmed
 by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 2401 of 2011 disposed of on 20.8.2015.

 Mr. Das, learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner is cover
ed by the ratio of the decision of this Court in Bilkesh Parveen (supra) which has been confir
med by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 2401 of 2011 decided on 20.8.2015. He also submits t
hat the petitioner has made a representation to opp.party no.1 and no decision has yet been ta
ken.

 In view of the above without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case,
the writ application is disposed of directing the opp.party no. 1 to dispose of the representa
tion stated to have been filed by the petitioner under Annexure-6 within a period of six month
s from the date of communication of this order or production of its certified copy whichever i
s earlier.
