03. 11.11.2016 The prayer in the writ application is for providing the revise
d mark-sheet after necessary notification relating to that placing the petitioner in proper di
vision in accordance with the said revision of marks in English, Mathematics, Botany and Zoolo
gy papers in +2 Science Examination, 2016. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitio
ner that although in the meantime the marks earlier awarded to the petitioner in English, Math
ematics, Botany and Zoology papers in +2 Science Examination, 2016 have already been revised a
s shown under Annexure-4 series yet no correspondence has been made in that regard.
Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel for the CHSE submits that in view of the revisi
on of the marks as aforesaid in the meantime, the revised mark-sheet if has not been sent and
other follow up actions have not been taken, said exercise would be completed within a period
of 15 days.
Considering the submission and in view of the limited prayer made, the writ ap
plication stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to complete the exercise of issuan
ce of the revised mark-sheet as also all other follow up actions relating to the result of the
petitioner who had appeared in +2 Science Annual Examination, 2016 in consonance with Annexur
e -4 series if no other legal impediment stands.
