This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in person. None appears at the time of cal
l.
However, looking to the averments as well as prayer made in this petition, this Court
disposes of this petition with a direction to the Estate Officer, G.A. Department, Secretariat
, Bhubaneswar-opposite party No.3 that in the event, any mutation proceeding is pending before
him, the same shall be concluded within a period of three months from the date of communicati
on of this order but after giving opportunity of hearing as well as contest to all the parties
concerned.
Since the order is passed at the admission stage, petitioner is directed to serve cert
ified copy of this order before the opposite party No.3 within a period of ten days from today
for his/her proceeding in the matter.
