10.03.2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the
State.
The writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13.05.2015 passed by the Or
issa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 1473(C) of 2010, allowing the
Original Application of the applicant-petitioner and quashing the order reducing the pay of t
he applicant from Rs. 1080/- to Rs.975/- to 1660/- with a direction to fix the pay of the appl
icant as per Annexure-6 to the Original Application with other consequential reliefs.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to such in
advertent error in the impugned order, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with
liberty to file appropriate application for modification and/or correction of the impugned ord
er.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
