Heard Mr. N Sahani, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to the opposite parties
to regularize his service w.e.f. 07.05.2007 and disburse the arrear salary and other service b
enefits.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the
grievance, the petitioner has made a representation to the opposite party No. 3 vide Annexure
-5 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any o
pinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the oppos
ite party No. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexure-5 and pass appropria
te order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order and a copy of the writ petition along with
all the annexures to the authorities shall be filed within a week.
Issue urgent copy as per Rules.
