The petitioner files this application challenging the advertisement issued by National
Rural Health Mission, Orissa, published in Odia daily The Samaj dated 22.12.2006 to fill up
the posts of Addl. ANM, Staff Nurse, Laboratory Technicians and Ophthalmic Assistant on contra
ctual basis vide Annexure-5 and also for fixation of criteria for selection to the post of Sta
ff Nurse by the authority vide Annexure-6.
Mr. G.N. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instruction in
the matter as it is an year old case. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw t
he writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if any cause of action stil
l survives for her.
Learned counsel for opposite parties has no objection to the same.
Considering such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with a li
berty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum ventilating her grievance, if any ca
use of action still survives for her.
