02. 03.11.2016 In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a directi
on to the State Education Tribunal for early disposal of pending GIA case No. 505 of 2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to t
he State Education Tribunal to dispose of GIA Case No. 505 of 2013 at an early date since the
petitioner is running with the claim since long.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the writ petition wit
h a direction to the State Education Tribunal to dispose of GIA Case No. 505 of 2013 as expedi
tiously as possible preferably within a period of eleven months from the date of production of
the certified copy of this order.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
