10.8.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 Though in this writ application, the petitioner has made several prayers but t
he learned counsel for the petitioner during course of his argument confined his prayer seekin
g for a direction to the Authorized Officer cum-Assistant Conservator of Forest, Ghumsur South
 Division, Bhanjanagar (opposite party no.2)to dispose of the confiscation proceeding vide OR
Case 08/2015-2016 of Aska Range at an earliest in accordance with law on the ground that the T
ractor/Trolley of the petitioner bearing Registration Nos. OD-32-3816/3817 has been seized sin
ce 28.5.2015 and the petitioner has already filed his show cause.

 Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such prayer.

 Considering the submission made and taking into account the date of seizure of
 the Tractor/Trolley to be 28.5.2015, I direct to opp.no.2, Authorized Officer cum-Assistant C
onservator of Forest, Ghumsur South Division, Bhanjanagar to dispose of OR Case No. 08/2015-20
16 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of rece
ipt of the order of

this Court, after affording due opportunity to the respective parties. The petitioner shall produce the certified copy of the order before the opposite party no .2 within two weeks.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
