This writ application has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct
the opposite party no.4-State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the G.I.A
. Case No.36 of 2013 within a period stipulated.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ application stan
ds disposed of with an observation that the learned State Education Tribunal shall make sincer
e endeavour for disposal of G.I.A. Case No.36 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably
within a period of ten months from the date of communication of this order or production of i
ts certified copy whichever is earlier.
