It is submitted at the Bar that an appeal has been filed against the order dat
ed 25.05.2011 passed by the learned State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in G.I.A. Ca
se No.89 of 2009.
The petitioner in this writ application seeks a direction to the learned State
Education Tribunal for disposal of the Execution Proceeding filed by the petitioner within a
time framed.
Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional
Government Advocate, this writ application is disposed of with the observation that Execution
Case No.133 of 2011 may proceed for its disposal in accordance with law, unless there stands
any legal impediment.
