Shri S.R. Dash, learned counsel for opp. party no.1.
2. The prayer in this petition is for a direction to the opp. parties to declare
the result of the petitioner in respect of 3rd Semester Examination held in the year 2013.
3. During the pendency of this writ petition, on 11.08.2016, the result has been
declared by opp. party no.1, photocopy of which has been handed over to the learned counsel fo
r the petitioner in Court today.
In such view of the matter, the prayer made in the writ petition stands exhaus
ted. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
