ool having been taken over by the Government, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the
same.

Considering the contention raised, in view of the judgment of this Court in Rama Panigr
ahi v. State of Orissa and others, 2003(I) OLR 438, this writ application be transferred to th
e Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench for just and proper adjudication of the case.
