Heard Mr. P.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. A.K. Pandey, learn
ed Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
It is stated by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 2
0.11.2014 this Court disposed of W.P.(C) No.15957 of 2014 directing opposite party no.1 to con
sider the representation of the petitioner in Annexure-8 and pass appropriate order within thr
ee months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the said order. In compliance of t
he same, the petitioner produced the certified copy of the order along with her representation
dated 24.11.2014, but no action has yet been taken on the same. In course of hearing, by pro
ducing letter no.3289 dated 12.03.2015, he further states that the District Education Officer,
Balasore has intimated the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of t
he representation of the petitioner incompliance of the order passed by this Court.
In view of the above position, this contempt petition is disposed of with the direction
to the opposite party that if the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in W.P.(C) No.15957 of 2014 ha
s not yet been complied with, let the same be complied with within a period of three months fr
om today.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
