 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent.
 The Joint application has come to be filed by both the parties, i.e., the appellant as
 well as respondent, to take the same on record and dispose of the appeal in terms of the said
 compromise.

 It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that based on the compromise arr
ived at between the parties, a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- has been agreed for one time alimony and e
arlier a sum of Rs.70,000/- had been paid to the respondent. Further, a draft of pay order of
Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) is handed over to the respondent in Court today.
 Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition with libert
y to both the parties to approach the learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal under Section 13-
B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for necessary direction. In the event such an application is
 filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the learned Judge, Family Court, Dh
enkanal would do well to consider and dispose of the same at an early date in accordance with
law.
