Learned counsel Mr. Santanu Kumar Sadangi appearing for the petitioner files a
memo to the effect that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the CRLMC with a permission
to file the same with better particulars.
Accordingly, memo is accepted. The CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
