It is stated that the order dated 09.01.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 23804
of 2012 has not yet been complied with.
Let the authority comply with the same, if not complied with in the meantime, within a
period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Contempt proceeding is disposed of accordingly.
