This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order of t
his Court dated 30.3.2010, passed in W.P.(C) No.2606 of 2010.
On a perusal of the affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party, it is
seen that in paragraphs-5 and 6 it is stated that the said order dated 30.3.2010 has already
been complied.
In view of such averments made in the paragraphs-5 and 6 of the affida
vit, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt proceeding is a
ccordingly dropped.
CONTC is accordingly disposed of.Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.2
