It is stated that the order dated 24.01.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.28979
of 2013 has not yet been complied with.
Let the authority comply with the same, if not complied in the meantime, within a peri
od of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Contempt proceeding is accordingly disposed of.
