 The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1089 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.
M., Baripada registered under Sections 409/467/468/471/472, I.P.C.

 It is alleged that the petitioner being an agent of the company collected money from di
fferent persons but, did not deposit the same in the State Bank of India and thereby misapprop
riated a sum of Rs.2,86,757/-(rupees two lakhs eighty-six thousand seven hundred fifty-seven).
 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has deposited some amou
nt in the meantime but as per instruction obtained on behalf of the State, the petitioner has
not deposited the same in any Bank at Baripada Town. It is further submitted that charge-sheet
 has already been submitted in the case after investigation and the petitioner is in custody s
ince 15.09.2016.

 Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that let the petition
er be released on bail by furnishing cash security of Rs.1,00,000/-(rupees one lakh) and prope
rty security of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) besides a bond with two sureties for the li
ke amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Baripada in the aforesaid case with the
 condition that he shall not default in personal attendance of the court during trial on each
date.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
