sent petitioner was rejected by the learned trial court prior to submission of charge-sheet an
d since the trial of the case has been commenced in the meantime, he may be permitted to withd
raw this bail application with liberty to move afresh before the learned court below.
Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to move afres
h before the learned court below, which would consider, if filed, on its own merit.
