ned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioners are implicated in the offence punishable U/S. 302/34 IPC. They
are alleged to have assaulted the deceased by fist blows and kick. The cause of death is stat
ed to be rapture of spleen.
The case is stated to have been committed to the court of Sessions in the mean
time.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioners, circumstances under which the offence is stated to be committed and s
tage of the proceeding, it is directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail by the l
earned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dharamgarh in C.T. Case No.50 of 2015 on such terms and condition
s as deemed just and proper.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
