 The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable U/S. 420 IPC and other

 Opening a company in the name of Wisemen Resources Ltd. at Bhubaneswar, the pe
titioner is alleged to have collected a sum of Rs.8,65,000/- from 7 depositors.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, the amount co
llected from the depositors has already been returned to their satisfaction.
 Charge Sheet in the case is stated to have been filed in the meantime.

 Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner sha
ll be released on bail by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Balasore-cum-Designated Court, O.P
.I.D. Act in C.T. Case No.7(C) of
