of 2016 the petitioner was released on bail for a period of three months and has surrendered
to the custody after expiry of the bail period. Such fact has also been intimated to this Cour
t by the court concerned.
Considering the facts and submissions made, I am not inclined to entertain thi
s Misc. Case filed. Hence, this Misc. Case stands dismissed.
However, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach this Court by filing appr
opriate application.
