09.09.2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the
State.

 The petitioners being in custody in S.T.Case No. 03/143/149 of 2016 pending in
 the court of learned Sessions Judge, Bhadak arising out of Tihidi P.S.Case No. 58 of 2016, ha
ve filed this petition for their release on bail. The offences alleged against them are punish
able under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 306, 406/34, IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
 It appears that the petitioners are the in-laws of the deceased and no specifi
c overt-act is alleged against them. The deceased committed suicide due to dowry torture. The
investigation in this case has been completed and nothing has been placed before this Court in
dicating that the petitioners shall abscond and/or tamper with the prosecution evidence, if re
leased on bail. In such premises, this Court is of the view that the petitioners deserve to be
 released on bail.

 Accordingly, the petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case by the
court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as the court concerned may deem j
ust and proper.

 Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of being allowed.
 Issue urgent copy as per Rules.
