 The petitioner being in custody in G.R. Case No.730 of 2016, arising out of Kalinganag
ar P.S. Case No.125 of 2016, pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur, has filed this
petition for his release on bail. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable
under Sections 420/ 34 of the I.P.C.

 Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with another giving ass
urance to provide employment cheated Rs.55,000/- from the informant. Out of which, Rs.35,000/-
 has been recovered.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has substantially progre
ssed. The petitioner is ready and willing to deposit Rs.20,000/-. In such premises, he submits
 that the petitioner be released on bail.
 Learned counsel for the State though opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner, no
 material has been collected indicating involvement of the petitioner in any accusation of suc
h nature.

 Regard being had to the facts and submissions made, this Court directs release of the
 petitioner on bail in the aforesaid case by the court in seisin over the matter on furnishing
 bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like am
ount to the satisfaction of the trial court with further condition to deposit cash security of
 Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) in shape of fixed deposit in any nationalized bank pledg
ed in the name of the court in seisin over the matter.

 Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of being allowed.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
