06.12.2016 The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected in BLAPL N
o.314 of 2016 vide order dated 05.04.2016 on the ground that there are number of criminal ante
cedents against the petitioner including a case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and
also taking into account the nature and gravity of the offence.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime case has alrea
dy been committed to the Court of Session and charge has been framed. Since relevant witnesses
have not been examined at the same, I am not inclined to entertain the bail application. The
petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after the material witnesses are examined in the Tria
l Court.
With the aforesaid observation, the bail application is disposed of.
