 None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 4.7.2016 passed by the learned Addl. Session
s Judge, Jajpur in C.T. No.13/124 of 2016 framing charge under sections 498-A/304-B/306/34 of
the Indian Penal Code read with section 4 of the D.P. Act.

 On perusal of the First Information Report and the statements of the witnesses annexed to
the revision petition as well as charge sheet, I find prima facie case against the petitioner
for commission of the offences under which charge sheet has been framed.

 Accordingly, I do not find any cogent ground to entertain the revision petition.
 Hence, the CRLREV stands dismissed.
